1. What we offer

The Grief Companion is a one-time-purchase digital app providing emotional and spiritual support content, journaling tools, and rituals. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or emergency services.

2. Crisis support

If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately. This app cannot provide emergency assistance.

3. Your account & access

Access is granted after purchase. You agree to keep your login credentials secure. Gift access is single-use and tied to the redeeming account.

4. Acceptable use

Please don't share your account, attempt to copy or redistribute the content, or use the service to harm yourself or others.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
