Grief is not the time to feel stuck with something that isn't helping.

14-day, no-questions-asked refunds

If The Grief Companion isn't right for you for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full.

Gifts

Unredeemed gifts can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once a gift has been redeemed, it can no longer be refunded.

How to request a refund

Email hello@griefcompanion.app from the email used at checkout. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
